Asha seems to have stoical attitude towards winter. Hope she truly enjoyes spring/summer. I moved to Kiev in Feb and want to get a tibbie puppie from the Netherlands. I conntacted Dutch ministry - passport, export licence and shots are taken care off. Howevere - I have no local contact to help me. The puppie just open his eyes today (was born on May 29th). So basically - don't bother taking your puppy unless you plan to stay long-term in the UK.
