		<description>Hi, thanks for sharing your experiance. Asha seems to  have stoical attitude towards winter. Hope she truly enjoyes spring/summer. I moved to Kiev in Feb and want to get a tibbie puppie from the Netherlands. I conntacted Dutch ministry - passport, export licence and shots are taken care off. Howevere - I have no local contact to help me. The puppie just open his eyes today (was born on May 29th). There is no way he will go through 30 day quarantine at 14 weeks....I would be greatful if you can pass a local contact to help me and a puppy. Thanks,</description>
