3 days to go

Well, I have 3 days left in the UK and then I board the plane at 8.05 am at Heathrow to live in the Ukraine - possibly forever. It has been a difficult decision - I am leaving those things which make me belong - from the local pub to the TV. Those though are immaterial - it is my daughter that I will miss most - the simple fact is that my marriage has collapsed and faced with living in a small flat in Essex I have chosen to live in a larger flat in a country which is young and developing fast. As an editor I have always said I could work anywhere where there is an internet connection - now I am about to find out. I am being brief now but eventually you will probably hear the whole story. For now - just think of leaving your homeland in 3 days - an adventure? Hopefully - Yes.
